- Who exactly will treat me, and what is their specialist training?
- Is the clinic authorised by the Turkish Ministry of Health to treat international patients?
- How many patients from abroad do you treat each month, and for which treatments?
- Which languages does the treating dentist speak, or will an interpreter be in the room?
About the plan
- From my description, which teeth would you expect to treat, and with what? What would you need to see to confirm it?
- For veneers: how much of each tooth will be removed?
- Which materials, brands and labs will you use?
- Will the plan change after the examination? If so, how is the price changed?
- How many days do I need, and is a second trip likely?
About price and payment
- What exactly is included: X-rays, 3D scan, temporaries, medication, check-ups?
- Do I pay a deposit, and is it refundable?
- Are hotel and transfers included, and if so, what do they cost on their own?
About afterwards
- What does the warranty cover, for how long, and does it include my travel costs?
- Who do I contact if something goes wrong when I am home?
- Will I get copies of my X-rays, scans, implant card and treatment notes?
Tip. The answer to question 8 matters most. A quote made from a description or photos is an estimate. Ask how often the plan changes after the clinic sees you in person.
